Taking to Twitter, 90min reporter and ‘transfer insider’ Graeme Bailey has shared a double West Ham United transfer claim involving Hull City’s Keane Lewis-Potter and Jacob Greaves.

The Lowdown: West Ham eye Championship talent…

The Hammers and GSB have often turned to signings from England’s second tier in recent years, with their biggest success story over the last few years arguably being Jarrod Bowen.

The ex-Tigers ace has been a revelation under David Moyes, particularly this season amid a lot of calls for an England international nod.

As West Ham eye two more players from the MKM Stadium, insider Bailey has shared news whilst giving his take.

The Latest: Insider makes ‘outstanding’ claim…

Indeed, relaying an article he helped to write alongside fellow 90min reporters Toby Cudworth and Sean Walsh, Bailey has said that the Irons are tracking Hull forward Lewis-Potter and defender Greaves, adding that the Tigers duo would come as ‘outstanding’ options for Moyes.

He explained on Twitter: “No surprise West Ham looking again at the Championship and Hull City after Jarrod Bowen’s success at the London Stadium. Lewis-Potter and Greaves are outstanding options for possible summer moves.”

The Verdict: Get it done…

Lewis-Potter comes as an especially exciting option for Moyes and West Ham. Called a ‘special talent’ by ex-Hull manager Grant McCann, he has also attracted interest from Tottenham, with reports in January claiming that they were even pondering a late bid.

Antonio Conte’s interest comes as evidence of Lewis-Potter’s obvious ability whilst Greaves, a highly-promising centre-half, has also been praised by McCann.

Given the hype surrounding the Hull duo, West Ham could certainly repeat their Bowen success with a move for either or both.
